Kyle Richards has confirmed that all is “good” with Morgan Wade after the country music singer deleted all photos of the friendly pair from her social media, sparking feud concerns.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, 55, explained to a paparazzo Wednesday in video exclusively obtained by Page Six that the removal of photos was just a smart marketing strategy on behalf of her talented pal.
“[She’s got new music] coming out,” Richards said while walking around Sherman Oaks, Calif., dressed in a pink sweater, braided pigtails, a black baseball cap and glasses and carrying a Starbucks coffee.
“It’s very common for artists to do that. That didn’t mean anything.
As Richards said, musical stars often delete all snaps from their Instagram account to create buzz around a new project.
Justin Timberlake, for instance, recently deleted all of his pics ahead of the release of his sixth studio album, “Everything I Thought It Was,” which comes out on March 15.
Richards further reiterated to the pap that she and Wade, 29, are on friendly terms, saying, “Yeah, we’re all good.”
However, when asked whether she liked having the “Wilder Days” singer on her hit Bravo series, she responded with a laugh, “I appreciated it. I don’t know if she did.”
When Wade first took down all of the pics of her and Richards earlier this week, leaving behind only posts promoting her Spring 2024 “Crossing State Lines” tour and her upcoming appearance on Alanis Morissette’s “Triple Moon” tour, fans speculated whether there had been a rift.
“I think Morgan told Kyle byeeeeee,” one person speculated via X at the time.
Another previously chimed in, “I told Y’all Kyle was using her. Now shes done with her. Morgan has probably figured that out.”
But even prior to Richards’ confirmation that all was well, sources told other outlets that the social media move was a tactic used to bring more attention to the page and that the pair were still BFFs.
