Drake Seemingly Responds To ‘Euphoria’ Diss Track On Instagram: Drake And Kendrick Lamar Feud Timeline

Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s feud has escalated dramatically with Lamar’s release of “Euphoria,” a scathing diss track targeting Drake. The conflict, which has been ongoing for years, saw a significant escalation as Lamar took direct shots at Drake’s personal and professional life. In response, Drake posted a cryptic clip from the movie “10 Things I Hate About You” on his Instagram story, hinting at a possible retort to Lamar’s attack.

The feud between the two rap heavyweights has a complex timeline. It began on October 6, 2023, when Drake and J. Cole collaborated on “First Person Shooter,” in which J. Cole referred to himself, Drake, and Lamar as the “big three” of rap. Lamar struck back on March 22, 2024, with a verse on Metro Boomin and Future’s track “Like That,” dismissing the concept of the “big three” and asserting his individual dominance. J. Cole then entered the fray with “7 Minute Drill” on April 5, 2024, before retracting from the feud, citing external pressure.

Drake responded aggressively with “Push Ups” on April 13, 2024, prompting further retaliation. Ross fired back with “Champagne Moments,” making allegations about Drake’s appearance and artistic integrity. Drake continued the onslaught with “Taylor Made Freestyle” on April 19, 2024, utilizing AI-generated voices to intensify the attack. Kanye West also joined the fray, criticizing Drake’s music and business deals on a remix of “Like That” on April 21, 2024.

Lamar’s latest move, dropping “Euphoria” on May 1, 2024, marked a significant escalation. The six-minute diss track targeted Drake’s racial identity, parenting skills, and authenticity as an artist. Drake’s reaction to this latest development remains uncertain, leaving fans eagerly awaiting his response.

The feud between Drake and Lamar stems from a shift in their relationship following Lamar’s controversial verse on Big Sean’s “Control” in 2013. While the feud may be fueled by claims to rap supremacy, both artists have benefited from the controversy, with their diss tracks dominating the charts.

The ongoing conflict between Drake and Lamar has captivated fans and industry observers alike, with many eagerly anticipating the next move in this high-stakes rap battle.
