Kendrick Lamar has just dropped another diss track in his ongoing feud with Drake, making it his third release in just 36 hours.
The beef initially ignited when Lamar took shots at the Canadian rapper and J Cole in his song “First Person Shooter”.
While J Cole exited the battle early, Drake has kept the heat on, escalating tensions between them with a volley of insults throughout the week. In these tracks, Drake has accused Lamar of domestic violence, while Lamar has fired back, alleging that Drake is keeping a secret daughter.
In this latest diss track, Lamar warns any women interested in Drake to “just make sure you hide your lil’ sister from him”. He also takes a jab at Drake’s studio album “Certified Lover Boy”, mocking it with the line, “Certified Lover Boy? Certified paedophiles.”
Released on YouTube in the early hours of Sunday morning, the song’s artwork features an aerial view of Drake’s mansion with sex offender targets superimposed.
The focus of Lamar’s relentless attack seems to be Drake’s alleged interactions with much younger women, as he taunts, “Ain’t you tired? Tryna strike a chord and it’s probably A-Minor.”
This retaliation comes right after Drake dropped “Family Matters” on Saturday, a three-part track where he not only accused Lamar of hypocrisy in his pro-Black activism but also alleged domestic violence on Lamar’s part. Drake even claimed that Lamar had “begged” the Tupac estate to sue him for his use of AI versions of the late rapper in a diss track.
But Lamar didn’t waste time hitting back. He swiftly released “Meet The Grahams”, his third diss track of the week, where he doubled down on accusations, suggesting Drake has a secret daughter and a range of addictions, including gambling, alcohol, drugs, sex, and extravagant spending.
