Ryan Gosling had a playful response to seeing Ryan Reynolds donning a shirt featuring his face in a recent Deadpool & Wolverine teaser.
During the premiere of The Fall Guy in Hollywood, Gosling, 43, joked with ET’s Denny Directo about the borrowed shirt, quipping, “I mean, I just want my shirt back. He borrowed that shirt from me and I need it back.”
While awaiting the return of his shirt from Reynolds, 47, Gosling is busy promoting The Fall Guy, his latest film alongside Emily Blunt.
Speaking to ET, Gosling shared that his wife, Eva Mendes, had concerns about his stunts for the film, where he plays a stuntman. He praised the film’s team, emphasizing their professionalism, and admitted to wearing sunglasses in one scene to conceal his fear. “I couldn’t act,” he joked.
During his press tour for The Fall Guy, Gosling paid tribute to Mendes by wearing a cream T-shirt featuring the title of her upcoming children’s book, Desi, Mami, and the Never-Ending Worries.
The book, inspired by Mendes’ daughters with Gosling, Esmeralda and Amada, aims to address anxiety and negative thoughts. Mendes expressed her appreciation for Gosling’s support on Instagram, thanking him and co-star Emily Blunt.
Gosling recently praised Mendes as his “hero” in an interview with Men’s Health, emphasizing the importance of family in his life. “It always comes back to family first,” he said, highlighting his unwavering commitment to Mendes and their daughters.A
