Starting off with a killer free show in his hometown, Memphis, where he debuted his latest single “Selfish,” Timberlake teased about his upcoming gig at Irving Plaza in New York City. When Fallon asked if he had any surprises in store, Timberlake playfully hinted that the host might be his opening act, sparking laughter and speculation.

Fallon, ever the persistent one, tried to squeeze more details out of Timberlake, who coyly diverted attention by revealing his upcoming album, Everything I Thought It Was. The anticipation in the air was palpable as Fallon continued to prod for a big announcement, and Timberlake, with a mischievous grin, finally spilled the tea – he’s hitting the road on a world tour!

Fallon added to the excitement by revealing the tour’s name, “the Forget Tomorrow [World] Tour,” sending fans into a frenzy. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the tour kicks off on April 29, 2024, in Vancouver, Canada, and tickets go on sale on Feb. 2.

This tour bombshell comes hot on the heels of Timberlake’s announcement about his upcoming album, Everything I Thought It Was, scheduled for release on March 15. The singer spilled the beans about the album-making process, sharing that he penned a whopping 100 songs for it. Plus, Timberlake is set to bring his musical magic to Saturday Night Live alongside host Dakota Johnson this weekend.

Not just stopping there, Timberlake gave fans a behind-the-scenes peek on Instagram with hilarious videos featuring Fallon. From surprise turns to a musical medley with The Roots, the duo kept fans entertained with their infectious camaraderie.

In one Instagram video, Fallon pulled off a penguin walk, with Timberlake playfully pushing him down a corridor – both declaring, “It’s going great!” Timberlake’s caption added a touch of humor, stating they’re “Back on our b——-.”
