Moline police seek help solving double homicide: Crime Stoppers

MOLINE, Ill. (KWQC) – Do you have information about a double homicide that could help police catch the killers?

The Moline Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in finding those responsible for the deaths of Zachary Meincke and Giovanni E. Flores, who were killed in the basement of a home on the 1800 block of 31st Street.

Police responded to a 911 call at about 4:35 a.m. on Sunday and found the bodies of a 19-year-old and a 17-year-old. Both had died from apparent gunshot wounds.

Investigators are working hard to solve the case, but they need the public’s help. If you have any information, please come forward. You can stay anonymous.
