Vivo is gearing up for the launch of its X100 Ultra and X100s models, both promising high-end smartphone experiences. The X100 Ultra is positioned as a flagship-tier device, while the X100s will offer a refined version of the standard X100.
Recent leaks and rumors have fueled anticipation for these upcoming phones, and now a new poster circulating on Chinese site Weibo provides a closer look at both models. The X100 Ultra, depicted on the left side of the poster, showcases a Natural Titanium-like color option, while the X100s, positioned on the right, features an appealing green hue.
The poster offers a glimpse of the back design of both phones, featuring a circular camera module reminiscent of the standard X100 model. However, each phone boasts a distinct camera layout, with three sensors adorned with ZEISS branding. The Vivo X100 Ultra has also recently received certification, suggesting an imminent launch expected later this month.
Moving on to the specifications, the Vivo X100 Ultra is rumored to sport a 6.78-inch AMOLED E7 2K 120Hz display, ensuring a visually immersive experience. Powering the device is expected to be the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, emphasizing high performance. Notably, the highlight of the X100 Ultra will likely be its camera capabilities, with leaks hinting at a powerful 200MP periscope lens complemented by a 50MP primary sensor and a 50MP ultrawide lens.
Meanwhile, the Vivo X100s can be seen as an enhanced version of the original X100, offering similar camera specifications with some notable differences. The phone will feature a flat-edge design and a flat display, distinguishing it from its counterparts. Under the hood, it is confirmed to house the all-new Dimensity 9300+ chipset, an overclocked variant of the original Dimensity 9300, showcasing promising performance in benchmark tests on platforms like AnTuTu and Geekbench.
