Before the winner of Interior Design Masters was announced, my heart was pounding with nerves. It was an incredibly tense moment, but when Roisin was declared the winner, I felt a wave of relief wash over me. I was genuinely happy for her, and it felt like a culmination of all my efforts throughout the competition. Every challenge, every task—I had given it my all. It was a rewarding feeling to see it all come to fruition.
Filming Interior Design Masters was a whirlwind experience, and one of the toughest aspects was dealing with exhaustion. Balancing a full-time job alongside the demands of the show was incredibly draining. Creative blocks and sheer exhaustion made it one of the most intense periods of my life. Despite the challenges, being immersed in the world of Interior Design Masters was exhilarating. It consumed my thoughts from morning till night, and while it was an amazing experience, it pushed me to my limits.
Maintaining a routine helped me stay grounded during filming. Even amidst the chaos, having a structured work schedule kept me sane. The distractions of work provided a welcome break from the pressures of the show, and interacting with clients helped take my mind off things.
After the final, I reflected on my journey and felt a sense of pride in what I had accomplished within the given time frame. While I wasn’t entirely satisfied with some aspects of my designs, I was pleased with the overall progression and the creative concepts I had implemented.
The camaraderie among the contestants was strong, and we stay in touch regularly. We share updates and milestones in our group chat, and it’s comforting to have a support system of people who understand the unique experience we went through together.
The response from viewers has been overwhelmingly positive, and it’s been heartwarming to receive support online. Despite being somewhat reserved, I’ve embraced the exposure and am enjoying connecting with fans of the show.
Looking ahead, I’m determined to continue pursuing a career in interior design. Gaining experience working for others while also building my own brand is my priority. Ultimately, my goal is to establish myself as a respected designer, taking on larger interior projects and making a name for myself in the industry.
